No-Hassle Return & Refund Policy
At Billboard For Christ (B4C), our mission extends beyond providing high-quality, meaningful apparel—we seek to honor our customers with peace of mind while fostering goodwill. Because we operate on an on-demand production model, every item is custom-made when an order is placed, eliminating excess inventory and minimizing waste.
In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we do not process traditional returns. Instead, our No-Hassle Policy ensures that any issues with your order are resolved quickly and fairly—without the inconvenience of shipping items back and forth.
1. Our Commitment to You
If we made an error on your order, we will make it right—at no cost to you. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Defective due to a design or production flaw
- Incorrect in size, color, or item type (not matching what you originally ordered)
We will reproduce your order and ship the corrected item at no charge, excluding shipping.
2. If You Ordered the Wrong Size
We understand that sizing can be tricky! If you accidentally ordered a size too big or too small, we will replace your item with the same design, color, and type, in the correct size (one size up or down) at no charge—excluding shipping.
✔️ What this covers: A one-step size adjustment for the same product.
❌ What this does not cover: Requests for additional design, color, or item type changes.
3. Return Authorization for Other Cases
If neither of the above solutions resolve the matter, you may request a Return Authorization. Here’s how it works:
- We will provide a return shipping label and packaging for the item.
- Once received, we will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Important: The item must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear or use.
4. Retaining the Original Item
We ask that customers retain the originally ordered item until either:
- Receiving their replacement item that fulfills the order, OR
- Returning the item along with any replacements as part of the Return Authorization process.
Once satisfied with the replacement item, we encourage you to gift or donate the original item to someone in need, aligning with B4C’s mission to spread goodwill and faith-based encouragement.
5. Preventing Abuse & Ensuring Integrity
To protect the integrity of our policy and prevent fraudulent claims:
- We carefully inspect every order before shipping, ensuring all items pass a quality control check to prevent errors.
- Shipping carriers are held accountable for any damage that occurs in transit, as items are double-packaged for added protection.
- We monitor all claims of damage or errors and reserve the right to limit customers to three replacements per order for size-related adjustments.
- Excessive or suspicious claims may be subject to review, and we reserve the right to deny requests if patterns of abuse emerge.
